Enrollment Management

Enrollment management is much more than numbers.

It’s working with all campus units to provide a seamless transition from admission to enrollment to graduation and beyond. In order to accomplish a seamless transition for our students, it requires working with many campus units to:

  • Study the impact of academic policies which affect student enrollment and academic success;

  • Coordinate initiatives for General Students;

  • Promote an environment of collaborative academic advisement;

  • Consolidate campus efforts for student academic support;

  • Understand affordability concerns as they relate to enrollment management issues;

  • Enhance the University’s image through selectivity, diversity, and various marketing and communication efforts; and

  • Recognize the impact of enrollment management efforts on current and new student academic profiles.

  • View a complete list of EMAS strategic goals and initiatives for the current year.

Enrollment management must be a campus-wide effort to be most successful. Therefore, EMAS strives to keep open the lines of communication among EMAS units (Admissions, Financial Aid, University College, and the Office of the University Registrar), various university governing bodies, enrollment committees, college deans, department chairs, school directors, and advisors (departmental, school, University College).
